This week we spoke to Author and Manifestation Queen Roxie Nafousi about her morning wellness routine:

What does your typical morning routine look like from a wellness perspective? 

I say my morning affirmations as soon as I open my eyes, then I meditate on an accurpressure mat for 10 minutes before taking my supplements and having my morning coffee.

What are your favourite morning wellness products? (Drinks/Food/Beauty etc)

My accupressure mat by Bed of Nails and my DIRTEA matcha powder

How does your morning routine change if you wake up feeling anxious or flat?

I take it slow if time permits, and have my coffee in bed!

What are your favourite forms of movement and how do you stay disciplined to exercise? 

Pilates or very light weight strength workouts and yoga. I actually have to say I haven’t been that disciplined recently, but I am going to kick start that when I go to Dubai to see my family, as I’ll have family to babysit Wolfe in the morning giving me more time - mornings are my favourite time to work out!

What is one wellness trend you cannot get on board with?

Oat milk.
